Kay have been working the hairdressing industry for 16 years. He came to Canada in 2006 to start training in the hairdressing industry. During this time, he went back to Shanghai Salon, China, to learn different levels of training in hairdressing, professional hair cutting, hair dyeing, and perm. Kay is good at using scissors all the way, not need using Scissor with tee, to help you design a style suitable for your personal flair.
